Thank you Wet Basement Solutions for sending Mike and Bob to address a water issue in my basement following a previous French drain installation. They resolved the problem quickly and were both professional and thorough, taking time to clearly explain everything. I just have to say how professional and great Cameron, Trevor and Taylor were in fixing my wet basement. They did a great job and were clean and neat. Came back in a timely manner to hook up my washer and dryer. I can’t say enough about Wet Basement Solutions. Iwill definitely recommend them ….again thanks guys for all you do Carol Polimino

I have had a large puddle on my basement floor whenever it rained hard or when the snow melted. For years I was placing multiple towels down to soak up the water. There were also some mold spots on the walls. I called WBS and a man came out in a couple days and defined what needed to be done to fix the problem. He sent an estimate the next morning clearly stating what needed to be done and I thought the price was reasonable for the amount of work needed. From there everything went like clockwork . Elana in the office was super and got everything scheduled . The workmen showed up on time ,as scheduled. Covered all the walkway areas they used to go back and forth. They were knowledgeable and completed the job as outlined in the estimate. Very courteous and polite. Wet Basement Solutions was a delight to work with and I would highly recommend them for anyone’s wet basement or mold issues.

Our home used to get water all the time and flooded twice in 2 years. We hired Wet Basement Solutions who came out and installed a new French drain, sump pump and dry locked the walls. Since then we haven’t had an issue. Today (8/9/2024), remnants of Hurricane Debbie rolled through and gave us nearly 24hrs of rain, with heavy rain and times. I kept checking the basement and ZERO water anywhere!!! I can’t recommend this company enough!! From the estimate visit to the work to the clean-up, these guys were professional all the way and their work held up to the test!! Thank you Wet Basement Solutions for making me feel comfortable enough to put the water pumps and hoses away during severe rain storms!!!!

Great service! It starts with the the receptionist Elena , so very personable.Trevor, Daniel and Caleb were very professional,and knowledgeable. They completed the work in a timely fashion and left the area clean . If we need another problem solved we will definitely chose them! We have no hesitation in recommending them .A+
