Paid over 10k to have our basement flooding problems “Guaranteed” fixed backed by a lifetime warranty of sorts only to have spent the past 3 days shop vacuuming our flooded basement. You see, our basement apparently isnt typical because of where we live and that flooded basements in our area are rather common but it didn’t stop this company from coming in and tearing our basement apart to put in their cookie cutter model….which isn’t holding up here very well at all. Even with the owner being from this very area and knowing how the water is around here…it didn’t change anything. They did the job and took our money. The work they did was at least back in 2017-ish? I’ve had to call them numerous times to come over and take care of water that’s still to this day, 8 years later getting in to our basement. When it comes to something simple like the pump line that suddenly ruptured a hole, they got right to it. It was great. But we still have water getting in to our basement and when I called on 5/7, I was told someone would be getting back to me. Today is 5/10 and still no call back. To put a real exclamation point on all this…As my wife’s caregiver because she is terminally ill with Dementia/Alzheimer’s, I’ve had to focus more on shop vacuuming the past 3 days straight and less on caregiving for my wife. As of this posting, water is currently flowing into our basement, unhindered. We now have structural damage and I’m sure this company doesn’t plan to fix it. Just to be additionally fair, our basement has taken on water at least two times this year and we didn’t call them to complain or ask for help because well…you’ve read this far. We even reach into our own pockets to buy a chemical that breaks down the mineral that creates a majority of if not all of these problems, and we treat the entire basement perimeter with very limited success. Next step looks like a complaint to the NYS Attorney General and the BBB. Enjoy the pics of our moldy ruined wall. The water made a beeline straight to the wooden housing of our brand new 13k boiler and I just barely headed it off. Damage that and representation will be acquired.

Our home used to get water all the time and flooded twice in 2 years. We hired Wet Basement Solutions who came out and installed a new French drain, sump pump and dry locked the walls. Since then we haven’t had an issue. Today (8/9/2024), remnants of Hurricane Debbie rolled through and gave us nearly 24hrs of rain, with heavy rain and times. I kept checking the basement and ZERO water anywhere!!! I can’t recommend this company enough!! From the estimate visit to the work to the clean-up, these guys were professional all the way and their work held up to the test!! Thank you Wet Basement Solutions for making me feel comfortable enough to put the water pumps and hoses away during severe rain storms!!!!

Great service! It starts with the the receptionist Elena , so very personable.Trevor, Daniel and Caleb were very professional,and knowledgeable. They completed the work in a timely fashion and left the area clean . If we need another problem solved we will definitely chose them! We have no hesitation in recommending them .A+

We ran into a couple of snags, but Brian Thomas resolved the issue and all is well. A very good company to do business with. I would certainly call them again if needing something else done.
